Yes, I am burnt.

Ceaseless Society: Is 24/7 Good for Us? In this lecture from MIT, author & meditation teacher Jon Kabat-Zinn shares his perspectives on a society that is busy all the time. He provides insights into how we can regard time from the perspective of mindfulness, and suggests that in our effort to be technologically connected to everyone, we often lose connection to our true self. This lecture is available on streaming audio & video as well as MP3 download. Ceaseless Society: Is 24/7 Good for Us? Hell NO. Take me back to Africa and Agriculture/Education/Health projects- wide open spaces, and resume the task of bring necessary resources into the Village, while living a peaceful life.** The abundance of society, crowding- overdeveloping- etc. is nonsense. There is no land for wildlife to go, too many shopping centers, whereas a village would be happy with one that gave them essential items. **Mind you, they have a problem with electricity even though there are two towers within walking distance- its infuriating. No running water- they have public pipes to fetch their daily water from. One is basically a mud puddle.
